Yeomanstown Stud Announces Stallion Roster for 2021
Yeomanstown Stud are glad to announce our fees for the 2021 stud season. 2020 was a very successful year for Yeomanstown Stallions once again, and we are very excited for next season. However, we have decided to drop all our fees by 25% in light of the tough trading conditions faced by many at this years bloodstock sales.
It has been another great season for Dark Angel, who is currently the leading sire of Sprinter/Milers in Europe by winners and prize money, and is also fourth in the overall leading sires list in Europe.
Headed by Group 1 winners Battash and Raging Bull amoung his headline acts, and backed up by a host of other stakes winners, including Group 2 winner Happy Power and exciting 2 and 3 year olds in the shape of Rhythm Master, Fantasy Lady and Dark Lion who are among Dark Angel’s 30 two year old winners already in 2020.
Invincible Army enjoyed a busy first year at stud in 2020, covering 143 mares – 60 of which are stakes performers or producers – including Laurelita, dam of this years high class two year and Group 2 winner Fev Rover, Alsindi winner of the Oh So Sharp Stakes Group 3 and Distinctive winner of the Firth of Clyde Stakes Group 3. A high class performer at 2, 3 and 4 we are really looking forward to his foals in 2021.
El Kabeir will have his first crop of 2 year olds running for him in 2021. His yearlings were very well received by trainers and agents alike, selling well throughout all the yearling sales. Big, strong, scope individuals, they look real athletes and being a son of Scat Daddy, they should be fast, but also have the scope to improve from 2 to 3 and beyond.
Completing the quartet is Camacho, the sire of French 1,000 Guineas heroine Teppal and Queen Mary victress Signora Cabello, who will stand for a fee of €5,000. Among his stakes performers this year is Weld Park Stakes runner-up Aunty Bridy and the Listed-placed With Thanks.
