First Mares Scanned In Foal To Group 1 July Cup Winner Mill Stream
Yeomanstown Stud are delighted to announce that our new recruit, the Group 1 July Cup winning MILL STREAM, has had his first eight mares scanned in foal. Among the mares in foal are Laila Jamil, the dam of July Stakes (Gr2) winner Birchwood and the high class Barefoot Angel, winner the Firth of Clyde Fillies Stakes (Group 3). Also in foal are the speedy mare Summer Daydream winner of the Redcar Two Year Old Trophy (LR) and Sweet Dragon Fly dam of Dragon Leader, thehigh class 2year old winner of the Redcar Two Year Old Trophy (LR).
Commenting on the news, Gay O’Callaghan said “MILL STREAM has been very well received and supported by breeders, who are impressed with his exceptional good looks and attitude. He has shown great enthusiasm for his new role and I’m sure he’ll be a great success”.
